Changes to KF forums

Just a bit of down sizing happening. A few forums have been melded into one, this hopefully will make the board run more efficiantly(less confusion as to where to post what..).

All threads in the Showcase forum were moved into Open Topics.
The Community Library is now part of the Koi Clubs forum - Community Clubs & Library
The Breeding forum has been merged with the Koi Forum, retitled All Things Koi
About this Forum and Comments & Suggestions forums have been merged. All Administrator announcements will be found in this forum as Sticky threads.
