more up from the mud

Brought a few more up from the mud today. Will sort through them in a day or two and send the keepers back to perculate.

Not a huge fan of red and white fish but those all together look superb. I like the bottom on in the first pic.

wow... i love the red/white varieties... they look so awesome
about how big are they... they look to be 3-5inches... how many months are they and what are were mom and dad... i'm sure kohakus... but what were their patterns like

I had a flock spawn this past late june... but i left everything to nature and came out with only 2 left in a 20gal aquarium... next spawn season I'm definitely more mindful to take out them eggs

maybe you can give me so "know how"... whats up with the mud pond... i read that its great to raise fry in since they love the environment... how do i set one up.... must it be an in ground one or can i buy a doughboy tank and setup ....

Keifer... oh my goodnews... i'm relative new to this forum and now scrolling through all your posts... freakin' awesome stuff you got... i now feel stupid about my last post to this thread... you're not a mere backyard enthusiast... with a simple 500gal mud pond... geesh... i'd love to spend some time on your farm

I'm not a Kohaku fan, but there's _very nice red_ there Keifer. One I particularly like even. :)
