Tank Vid Young Koi

Took a random scoop of koi from mud pond to the tanks at home to help promote bio system prior to bringing home some of the good stuff. The majority of them are culls but there are a handfull of nice ones in the batch. There is a butterfly hybrid that is particularly atractive as well as some sanke and kohaku that might make the cut. Also, If u look closley, u might catch a glimpse of one of the elusive lemon colored koi that have been produced in the yamabuki spawn.

I always love your video. And most of those are culls? I saw some nice ones but I am still a novice of sorts in knowing what makes a good koi :) But I am learning.

Got to say I like the butterfly too :) but there were a few others there that I would have been proud to have in my pond. :-) .

They all look nice and healthy to me, which is about my only real criterea.. :roll: Did like the butterfly though.

Little butterfly has some wonderful fins, very nice indeed Kiefer. I saw a few in there I wouldn't mind having :grin:
