Only two of my lilies are blooming right now and it looks like the rest may not bloom at all...

Attraction? I think

White lily had for some many years I have no idea what it is called but it loves to bloom

Very pretty Jackie, does the white one have a small spread?

I have my doubts about the pink being Attraction, the petals look too pointed. Pretty regardless of the name.

I need to take some pix tomorrow of mine, lots are blooming wonderful.
I counted 7 buds on Joey Tomocik, 6 on Barbara Dobbins, 3 on Midnight, 4 on my Walmart white, plus many that have 1 or 2.

As much as I love my koi, I could never be without the plants. Hopefully they will continue to behave themselves and leave the plants alone. Just an occasional nibble or uproot, but I can deal with that!

Bonnie the white has a small spread and oftimes hold the booms above the water, not always which makes it confusing... Yes, I'm not sure if the red that survived is attraction or the other one... probably the one without a name  One has grown up between the rocks around the edge and trying to bloom on dry land... silly plant. Course putting it back in the pond was a bigger job than anticipated and now I have a section theat needs rebuilt....

Where are the lily pics???

Jackie,
Just curious, why did my pic post as a thumbnail and her pics did not?

Chuck Bonnie like many of us use our oun webserver for their pics. Sometimes I post direct but usually take the time to load them into a webserver. Terri has provided a server here for members to use but I am not sure it is presently working as the server crash bugs have not all been worked out. Here is another way that the picture posting works is to just post the URL of the website. Will have to talk to Connor about how he managed to bypass the thumbnails over at ADI, although many with dialup prefer the thumbnails as they take much less time to download. If the thread has a dozen pics it can take a long time for it to load.

Chuck, Don't ya just love Joey! So far it's been my best bloomer this year but Barbara just might outdo Joey.

Jackie, My friend is getting married on Saturday so she asked me to go with her today to pick up last minute items for her wedding and go for lunch, so we had a girls day out. By the time I got home the waterlilies were tucking themselves in for the evening. I'll get out there tomorrow and take a few pix.

I'm going to compare your white to my Walmart white, it was SUPPOSED to be Tetrogona but it's not. At least it's a small variety and a very good bloomer at that. At least the Walmart Helvola was the true thing.

Bonnie, this white lily is one I bought when I put my first pond in almost 15 years ago... I brought it with me to this house. It was unnamed at that time as of course many plants were unnamed then. Will be interesting to see if you can track it down. I'd willingling send you a bit to grow if you'd like.

Had a girls day out yesterday with a friend visiting one of our larger nurseries. Took some pics but will upload tomorrow. The lotus they had were stupendous and only $89.00!!! !wow!

Bonnie i bought none, count them none lotus. I have managed to murder 6 here at home so spending that kind of money is out of the question... I still hope one of the seedlings will survive but two are dead and I'm afraid to put the other to look at it but no leaves on the surface and more... doesn't sound promising does it

I spent 50.00 on a tropical lily last August and killed that over the winter... but I have a weakness for blue flowers and that midnight of yours just calls my name!!
