My goldies are sick, sick, sick, lol

Last evening, we had a terrible thunder and lightning storm, rain, wind, the whole works.
I looked out, and saw a goldie almost jumping out of the water (during the worse part of the storm), and a bunch of them near the edge of the pond...didn't know what was happening. Got worried, that with what happened the other nite, that maybe the water parameters were off and they were gasping for air. I got out the umbrella, and put a rain coat on - and guess what, they were spawning.
SICK, SICK, SICK fish.....during a terrible storm......they are having fun :lol: :lol: :lol: .

I'm still waiting for mine to spawn... may have to start pouring wine into the water... nothing seems to move them, silly fish.

The chase in on in my pond as well... They seem pretty calm today but I don't see any eggs.. Must be worn out... :rolleyes: :???:

The males were only trying to take the females minds off of the storm so they would not be scared :-) .
