Decided I would take a tour of the garden this morning to see if any signs of spring had emerged, and the good news is the snow drops are up an inch so spring is on its way!!

The bad news is the big elbow for the drain of the easy pod is totally broken and will have to be replaced this spring. Not sure if there are other issues but that for sure got my attention. I do remember draining it but I guess not enough.

Jackie, That's tooo bad - Maybe next year you should disconnect and bring your pod indoors?

Its all drained and disconnected or so I thought. I even lifted the pipes to drain them.. pump and uv are inside but there is no way I am bringing in yards of pipe and that ugly plastic thing!

Just disconnect pipes at source, drag pod indoors, have Smith cut a round out of plywood, place round on top of pod, throw an old bed sheet over and you have yourself a new table!

Jackie the elbow is very easy to change, you can do it with your eyes closed. :grin:

Have you ever noticed her flawless orange fingernails? .... One chip at your place and she'll have to be committed - Jackie is a female version of Samson, but in this case it's her nails and not her hair!
