Well, not so much babies anymore... these two were about 4" last July. Both are just coming up to 8"(not including tailfin).

I picked these two up from Jackie's home this morning to bring them back to our place, they were 2 of the three that were keeping Tweet company in the greenhouse pond over winter.

I think they will miss Jackie as they won't be "spoiled" here !rofl

Once again Terri, thanks for lending me the fish. Tweet enjoyed their company as did I.

Actually that pic doesn't do justice to Sparkles, he is a very very nice fish. Skipper is starting a new love affair, with Elf the chagoi.

Sparkels (Spooky2 as named by Jim) is quite nice, very good fins on that butterfly but a bit "stumpy" for my tastes.

Here's Butter, I think I may have posted this pic already somewhere but I wanted to post it here to show what "I" like in a butterfly..

Butter has a nice taper from nose to tail tube, similar to what I like on standard fin koi. Her fins are not too big nor to small and not tattered but have a scalloped edge.
