Yes we normally think "males".. I saw a female listed in our county. Actually I believe I know of her.

I checked ours out last year when a jerk exposed himself to my daughter and a friend at the lake...called the cops...they never did catch him..

I would like to see greater detail about the offence, and actual age of the minor. Some just said "age 0-13". At the time the guy committed the offence, he was 19. There is a big difference in a young guy not being able to turn down the advances of a promiscuous 13 year old girl, and a guy raping somebody.

Ok if you can take a moment to think about this....
Only the stupid and the unlucky are ever caught for a crime, and that is for REPORTED crimes....so how many more are there?

Luke, we don't have enough jails in the world that could hold them all. Luckily for me I went to public school in Jordan, MN back in the early 80's. I say amputation is the way to slow these crimes, how often does a neutered mail dog lift its leg? Allen PS BonnieIN thanks for the link.
