Hi everyone & welcome.
This page of the forum is dedicated to Koi Medication and Dosages. I have been spending the last little while trying to put a binder together that would hold all the information I needed at my finger tips when I treat pond side.
I have all this information on my computer, but it was always a pain to search, print and then run after it when the wind came up and blew it away at the most important part. :lol:
After a quick talk with Terri, up popped the Medications & Treatment Protocols page. This page of the forum is designed to be used as a reference. A “one stop shop” so to speak to find out about different Medications & Dosages.
Feel free to add your favorite meds to these pages. Hopefully this will help you put together a binder to keep pond side with the medications of your choice. With a little knowledge and some luck we may not need them. But when we do we won’t have to try to remember where we saved them on the computer. :lol:
P.S. Always check your water quality first. Know your numbers. Grab a cool drink, kick back, look for things that are not the norm for your fish. Scrape & scope if you can. Medication should be the last course of action, not the first.
