For those of you fortunate enough to get to cottage country here in Ontario this summer there is an added bonus of my art show. Yes girls and boys its another ad for Ramo Art :HAHA: gallery info (http://muskokaplace.ca/)

This weekend we went up to beautiful Port Carling and set up a 3 week show of your truly's wonderful tiles. I will admit that there was a real rush of excitment seeing my work hung and lit properly and all together.

The books created by Margie Kelk are truly wonderful in their making. A collage of watercolour, photos, stamps and chinese art all on handmade paper.

It really looks good all hung like that! And, as Terri said, those "Hubble" tiles are great! I hope you sell out and have orders to fill! You sure deserve it... :yup:

Fortunately the gallery owner Gayle also loved the Hubble tiles and since August 11th is the Muskoka festival of Dark Skies, she is going to see if they can't be put on the poster advertising the event!!!! and just by coincidence Aug 11th is the closing reception where I give a little speech and artist talk. she hopes to have us included in the festival and talked about me coming back next year !!!! the Festival is an annual event.

Gayle also loved my fish tiles. She hopes to put a pond in next year.

Jackie, I am so happy for you! You know how talented I think you are - and now more and more people will see what I see.

Lynda, thank you. You've always offered me great support for my work.

Here's a fishy tile for you. You may remember she started out as a commission a couple of years ago. I finally finished her.
