Snowbirds

The snowbirds were in town today to put on thier first show after lossing one of thier pilots in May. What a show they put on. This was the first time I have seen them in acton. Amber & I got some amazing shots. The first one is on my desk top.

Wonderful Peg. They fly over here each summer but we don't get the full show unless we go down to the lake. Pics are sharp!! did Amber take them?

Amber took the close ups with my 300mm lens and I took the distant shots with the 135mm lens. I am quite impressed with the cameras. It's off to the circus tonight. She is working on a portfolio for Fanshaw.

Yes the new cameras are impressive in what they can do. One needs a steady hand for the long shots to keep them clear. I've been playing with my big lense but haven't had the time to even look at the pics never mind resize and post.
