We got off to a late start to day. Here are some up dates of the work done around the pond.

Peg, I hope you don't mind me saying this but the Budda and the plants have to move forward to sit at the edge of the pond, trust me. Not only will it hide that hose but it will add drama to the space. lots of room for folks to walk behind it. I'd also like to see something on the fence behind to give depth. A nice metal hanging with a Japanese or eastern flair....or a bold koi tile :frisbee: Depends on your taste.

Don't mind at all Jackie. The plants and the budda are hiding the hose & power cords comming from the deck. I got a Taro plant to help hide the blue hose going into the pond. Just have to get it in. I did pull everything forward and it does look better.
Thanks Cindy & Chris. Two more things to do & were done. Top layer of stone around pond, and the retaining wall that will help support the veggie/bog filter. That will all come later this year & next spring. Then were DONE :yesyes:
