Wanted to let folks know that tomorrow Sunday June 10th I wll be at the Neilson Park Creative Centre's Art in the Park. This is a very nice event with live music and lots of artists.

Jackie, I hope your day at the Art in the Park was as good a day as we had here. Did you make any good contacts while you were there.

Not a bad day, not a great day. Still the sun shone and I met new folks and spent time with hubby and my friend Carol who is also an artist. Sold two pieces and some small stuff. My wall will be lonely without my dragonfly tile. I could have sold it a dozen times as it was featured in the advertising. The coordinator of the show bought it before the show opened. A woman from Mississippi bought a glass fusion piece, I have to ship it to her tomorrow. So paid the rent :yup: but overall it was a slow day for all the artists there.

Tired and my feet hurt.

Still next week I have an opening at a juried group show at the Praxis Gallery with an invite to show a piece in their summer group show. Anka, the owner tells me I'm a regular at the gallery now. Plus I have a two woman show in Port Carling in July/August that is a real challenge. Great practise for my solo show, still in the planning stages :HAHA:
