Ok I have no idea what to buy to get all the algae out of my pond! The water is all green. You can barely see the fish. Even with my waterfalls on you can see the green in the water. Please help!!!!

Green water is quite common this time of year. The filters aren't up fully and we are feeding the fish.
Did you clean the filters this spring? Many of us use quilt batting in the skimmer to filter out the green algae.

Install a UV light. The thickest of green soup will be gone in less than a week :yup: . Your water will ALWAYS be crystal clear. Trust me on this.
Good luck!

One caution on the quilt batting is that it will clog quickly. Do not leave it unattended or you run the risk of the batting blocking the water flow which results in the pump running dry, overheating, and being damaged. (This I know from personal experience  )
Now I have a UV light and clear water.

I guess I am lucky when it comes to green water. My pond in the 2+ yrs has never been green soup. I ran a UV light for the first couple but now no UV and my water is crystal clear. Everyone remarks about how clear the water is. I guess all the water changes I do helps plus my filtration. The only algae problem I have is string algae and it never goes away! Jackie always told me string algae likes good water! :HAHA:

Anyone know of a good source of UV Sterilzers that don't cost a fortune? Ebay? Used? Some quiet little retailer that likes selling at cost? :yup:

Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!! The Uv Helps To Clump The Algae So Your Filter Can Pick It Up. If The Uv Is Too Expensive, Add More Plants. They Use Up The Nutrients That The Algae Need To Grow.

The best results that I have read about for algae control are either Trickle Towers, large, or Bakki showers, even larger. Both are easy even for me diy projects.
