It's been 6 months since introducing the biochip to our filter. The biochip is supposed to create more bio diversity to your filter system. What I was most amazed about was that each cell (or square) while looking under a microscope was like looking into an aquarium. As I focused through the square it was like walking through a forest or an aquatic plant room. Some of the inhabitants have yet to be determined ...

My first attempt to digitally take a picture through a microscope :-)

It was pretty cool to look at... what the pictures don't show is the 'movement' - little tiny creatures moving around or swaying - and eating to I presume ;)

Smith said it looked like a garden with the light behind it.

I'm not familiar with the biochip. Is it only one chip you add to your filter or multiple chips? does it gum up, is it reusable? Is it expensive? does it shorten the time to create biobugs? are they free? Do you sell them?

How's that for starters?
