Hey Reflectors!... Good Morning to you all!

I love Saturday's... looking forward to the weekend is what most of us think about Monday - Friday. The only thing Winter has to offer is less work as I only have to deal with the inside of my home... at least that 's the way it used to be!

I've been doing weekend renovations on my bathroom since the middle of December!!!! Originally, I thought it was going to take a few weekends, but man, was I wrong!

Today, I don't feel so bad. The end is near. I'm slurping on my second cup of coffee and then its upstairs to paint - After that, back goes the toilette and next weekend in goes the cabinets and then the finishing touches. I figured I've saved thou$ands by doing the job myself, but in doing so I've had to forfeit "a life" for a few months. I'll post before and after photos when done.

I am so glad our bathroom renovation is done and finished - well except the art part which is still on design and layout problems. It always takes so much longer than anticipated, ours was to be 3 weeks and was 3 months. Over budget as well...

So far so good KD. more pics

Wow KD that is one big and very nice bathroom. We did a minor bathroom re-do last year, it started as just paint, refinish cabnits, and new flooring, but we had to replace the bathtub fixtures (which DH broke), replaced the toliet (which DH broke) and replace the 3'x5' mirror (which DH broke) After all the problems I did like how it came out.

Sunday, 3:59 PM and I'm slurping on my screwdriver! Just finished painting the bathroom and I'm spent big time!!

Next weekend it's installing the cabinetry and molding... week after that, if all goes well, should be installing counter and reconnecting plumbing and finishing touches.

Have a good week people!
