Got an eight inch digital picture frame for Christmas, :) found this pic while loading a card for it. How I long for summer again.

How does the frame work Cindy?

I long for those summer days but must admit I didn't use the lounge chair even once last year... so perhaps I should enjoy the pictures of my labours instead of wishing for them to return too quickly.

The digital picture frame is pretty cool Jackie. You can use a number of different cards in it, SD, XD, Compact Flash cards, etc. You just copy the pics you want to show on a card, insert it into the frame and you can display just one pic or have it go through all of them. You can control the transition time between pics and the way they transition in. You can play movies on it too if you like. I have a few short ones that I've taken with my camera of the fish tank that I'm going to try on it. It has a very clear LCD screen and the pics appear at a decent 8" wide, I've only every seen the 5" wide screens before.

As for the sitting down on the swing....I've never got to use it. My big indoor/outdoor stray cat Max who adopted me a few years back has claimed that swing as his own. He sleeps on it for hours winter and summer. Even the neighbors cat ( I use the term loosely as she sleeps and eats at my house), sleeps on it when the big guy hasn't got it. I only get to sit down and relax in the garden once my back has gone out after heaving around too many rocks or yanking out weeds. :-P

Hmmm putting the back out sounds just like home.

I'll have to educate myself about the picture frames, they sound very neat. First I heard ofthem was on xmas morning when SD talked about them. Can you tell I never read the future shop flyers.

They tend to be a bit pricey unless you get them on a good sale. We had a very hard time keeping them in the store this holiday season, they sold as fast as they came in. I'd like to get one for my parents, with rotating pics of the grand kids and great grand kids.

I'm sure it would make a great gift. Maybe hubby will get me one for Valentine's :smile:
