Just a few more. That picture over the mantel came from the Jack Palance auction that we went to just before he died.
Looks great ! Glad to see someone else has the Christmas mood going on :-) My tree is up and will be decorated on the weekend. I'll take some pics then and post for you to see.

Looks wonderful. I love to see all the lights night this time of year. I envy you your indoor decorations, with 3 full grown cats and a new stray kitten plus the dog and the cockatiel cage and the fish tank in the livingroom not to mention the 7 foot cat tree and the cat condo I have in there, no indoor decorating for me. We have Christmas at my mom's house and her decorations and her christmas tree will have to satisfy me this year.

Did I tell you Santa leaves some of the girls here too. Two are fighting over the corn.
And to think it is hunting season in Pa. They are safe here!

:frisbee: Chuck I think those are young bucks practising come spring. Lack of antlers make them look female. Nice tohave deer in the yard if one doesn't garden. Glad to see you feeding them for the winter. My parents feed the ducks in summer and the deer in winter.

Looks very festive, Chuck
I use to have deer in my backyard but since we have 2 dogs now(Husky & German Shepherd), they don't come close to the house anymore, they stay in the woods behind our house.
Anyways I love seeing pictures of xmas decorations, and I hope to see more.

BTW I like your Santa, very festive and happy. I guess you've finally stopped being a Grinch. Does this mean your Christmas shopping is done, or just started?

Thanks Terri!
Send me an email and I will send you back my Grinch avatar. Sounds like you need it.
Gotta put the stuff up early so you can enjoy it. Also helps to be retired.

Pretty tree KDaddy!
Last year was the first year I didn't put all the ornaments the kids made thru elementry school. Most of them had seen better days anyway.
Anyone remember the old silver tinsel trees? My granny had one and for years that's what we had. When she went into the nursing home, Mom brought home a real live tree! I was so excited and loved the smell. Now we can walk out into the woods and find a Charlie Brown tree if all else fails.

WE always have a real tree. When we first moved here until this year we had two trees, one real, one not. I gave the not one tothe Step daughter and am now down to one tree again. Have to have it up for the annual open house party. Over now for another year... good job cuz my feet hurt.
