clean out injury

I'm back. Saturday we did our cleanout. Of course due to my stupidity we had one injury. Even though I covered the holding tub one of the koi managed to pop the screen which I stupidly did not weight down. At the time I was down in the pond so it took me a minute to get out, grab it got it back in the water, however it lost one scale and has numerous red marks, there is also marked red veining in the tail. I attached some pics I took yesterday. Today the redness look just a tad less the tail about the same. The fish is swimming and eating fine. Question is what should I watch for, and how long will it take to heal?

before and after cleanout, so glad we got it done, I can keep a good eye on the fish now that the water is clear.

Marla, the injuries look pretty minor considering the cleanout. I'd watch the water quallity and if the redness increases. Other than that, nice pics, fish look great.
