Only one small batch of marsh marigolds seem to have survived the winter here... Smith's favourite.
The upside is the Japanese iris Charla sent me look like to bloom. They went outside today so will try fro a pic tomorrow.
Chris... the lights are down.... actually we hope to move them to the arbour in the back yard, save storing them.

Been warming here also, some of my 1200+ bulbs are blooming, but have not had time to get any pics since we got back. Did our pond clean out and working on painting the second bedroom so we can get it finished and get outside to do work.

Well, glad to know I'm not the only one finishing chores. Only to mosaics let to finish in the bath. Still in the final trial glaze and design phase but moving along.

Hey Jackie ... I looked out side yesterday saw my blooming Japanese Iris and thought of you. I hope it really is a Japanese Iris I sent and not something that you already have. My pond is a MESS, I have mint (why , why , why did I plant it near water, I KNOW better!!) all over the place, lily pads are up and some fish seem to be missing ... Getting that pond feeling, but first I have to ATTACK the weeds all the rain brought.

Jackie's new bath(spa) looks AWESOME!
:backon:
Marsh Marigolds blooming here at the moment! One lily sending up leaves.... guess I had better get the water gardens cleaned up.

Charla, whatever you sent me is budding up now and I should get 3 stalks of blooms. They are still in their winter pot but sitting beside the pond outside now. The epis are fat, but aren't doing anything, I moved them out for morning sun today and will move them into full sun as time goes on. Unless of course they should be elsewhere...
Terri, only the marshmarigold you gave me is doing anything thing and it is far from blooming not even a bud on the darn thing. Maybe that other Bud(dy) stomped it once too often.
Lots of other stuff in bloom including the magnolia today.
Terri, thanks for the compliments on the spa, coming along. Has to be as good as the door after all.
